About
We see amazing artists struggle to make music their livelihood and want to help change that by bringing their music to TV, film, advertising, and gaming. We are on a mission to spread the wealth. We’re not trying to be altruistic. We’re just trying to be fair to deserving artists in an unfair industry.
We used to record songs to cassette off the radio. Make mixed CDs for our crushes. Bought dollar-bin vinyl to feel cool. We worked at records shops, played in bands, and sang in the car. We go to every show, wish we were on stage, and love being a fan.

Tiger Darrow
SINGER-SONGWRITER, PRODUCER, COMPOSER, MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
Based in New York City, Tiger Darrow is an award-winning singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. Beginning her career as a classically trained cellist, Tiger crafts her songs with intricate string arrangements and distorted beats, fusing the aggressive with the delicate. The Dark-Alt pop singer draws inspiration from Julia Michaels, Lana Del Rey, and St. Vincent.
Dominic Brennan
COMPOSER, SONGWRITER, PRODUCER, SOUND DESIGNER, ENGINEER, MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
Dominic Brennan is an award-winning composer from London with a background in theatre sound design. Stage credits include Cuckoo (Soho Theatre) and Down & Out in Paris and London (New Diorama Theatre) for which he won the 2016 Off-West End Award for Sound. He was the associate sound designer on the original London run of The Jungle (Young Vic/St Ann’s Warehouse). His music has also appeared in promotional films for clients including UP&GO and the United States Olympic Committee. Recent commissions include a large scale sound installation at London’s Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Dominic is the keyboard player and in-house producer for the band Artificial Pleasure.
Mssng Sound
PRODUCER, COMPOSER, SOUND DESIGNER, ENGINEER, MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
Mssng Sound is the sound design work of songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Lucio Westmoreland. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he attended New York’s Laguardia High School before going out to NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. Westmoreland has designed/composed for brands such as Tom Ford, Bang & Olufsen, Sunglass Hut, Skoda, Warby Parker, and Zara.
Jachary
SINGER, SONGWRITER, PRODUCER, MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
Jachary began his music career playing bass and guitar with prison activist, spoken-word artist and actor Bryonn Bain for his production “Lyrics From Lockdown” (produced by Harry Belafonte), performing at venues like Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center as well as correctional facilities across the country like Rikers and Ironwood.
His debut album, There's A Virus Going On, garnered praise from The Fader, Pigeons & Planes and Okayplayer among others. The collection stands as a thesis statement for his bold brand of funk, borrowing as much from Sly Stone as Dave Longstreth.
His sophomore effort, Loops of Life, was released in the summer of 2019 and showcases Jachary’s remarkable ability to marry acrobatics and accessibility.
Juan Arango
COMPOSER, PRODUCER, GUITARIST, MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
Born in Cali, Colombia, Juan began his musical journey at the age of ten when he picked up the electric guitar. After spending his teenage years studying and performing music, he left his home country to further pursue his music education at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating with two degrees, he moved to New York City where he began working as a performer and music instructor. In 2020, he obtained his Master's degree in "Film Composition" from NYU Steinhardt.
Juan's original music has been featured in a diverse number of multimedia projects such as podcasts, video games, animations, and commercial releases. His work in the world of library music has given him the chance to write music for clientele that includes NBC, ABC, VICE, and Netflix.
Mari World
SINGER, RAPPER, PRODUCER, COMPOSER, MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
Influenced by vocalists such as D'Angelo, Erykah Badu, and André 3000 and versatile artist-producers like Kanye West and Pharrell Williams, Chicago-born, Atlanta-based Mari is already known for his “lyrically rich raps, melodic choruses, and spacey, soulful instrumentals” and rounds his sound with soul and funk elements.
Rotem Sivan
GUITARIST, COMPOSER, PRODUCER, MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
Rotem Sivan’s guitar skills are heralded across the globe, including praise from The New York Times and Downbeat, among others,
Rotem completed his studies in both classical composition and performance with honors in Tel Aviv and NYC. Rotem tours with his band most of the year playing in world- renowned festivals and clubs.
Rotem has developed a strong online presence with over 32k followers on Instagram alone. His last album, Antidote, charted on Billboard jazz at #16 and on iTunes as #1 on the jazz charts and top 100 album on all iTunes music.

Originally from Long Beach, CA, Nick got his first taste of the music industry working at Tower Records during college.
After graduating, he spent a decade working at top ad agencies in LA and NYC on major brands including Volkswagen, Apple, Bacardi, Pepsi, and Verizon, before finding his way back into music.
That inherent love of music led him to new friends, countless shows, festivals, industry events, and ultimately a new career path.
Marrying music and artist networks with his advertising network led to the initial concept of Hidden In Plain Sight.
Aidan O’Connor

Born and raised in NYC, Aidan has been surrounding himself with the city’s developing creatives since high school. During his time at NYU, along with 3 partners, Aidan founded Why Empire, a production company designed to help bring NYC’s multimedia artists together. At Why Empire, Aidan managed their self-built recording studio hosting musicians from all over the city as well as designed and executed multimedia art events with brand partners such as: Movember, Museum of Sex, Bombay Sapphire, REVOLT TV, The Mondrian SoHo, The W Hotel, Blind Barber and many more.
After seeing musicians struggle to handle the various facets of their releases and maximize their potential, Aidan was inspired to dive into artist management. He manages several NYC artists while providing project management to the community whenever possible.

James Lambros a.k.a. Jimmy Lit is a producer, engineer, and mixer based in New York City.
Since first picking up a bass guitar 15 years ago he has developed a true passion for working with artists, bringing out their potential, and helping them find their own unique sound. He has over ten years of experience producing music with and for a breadth of artists across a wide range of genres.
His scoring and sync work has been sold and licensed to companies including Nike, Vice, Viacom, Amazon, TikTok, and more for use in commercials, podcasts, shows, and films.
Artist projects he has worked on have appeared in The FADER, Vice, XXL, ID, The Source, Beats One Radio, and more.
